MaaT033

MaaT033 is an oral, microbiome-based (pooled microbiota) capsule aimed at restoring optimal microbiota function, designed as an adjunctive and maintenance therapy. It contains Butycore TM. Being developed for several conditions, including:

• Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (allo-HSCT): To improve survival outcomes. Orphan Drug Designation received from the European Medicines Agency (EMA)


• Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS): Phase Ib trial showed good safety and tolerability.


• Axial Spondyloarthritis: Currently in Phase III.


• Chemotherapy effects in acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome: Part of its broader application in blood cancers.
