The FDA has approved the use of this treatment for adult patients who have relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma after undergoing at least two lines of systemic therapy. This "large B-cell lymphoma" label includes diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), high-grade B-cell lymphoma, and DLBCL that arises from transformed follicular lymphoma (2, 3).
