Cetuximab + Cisplatin + Fluorouracil (5-FU) + Motolimod & Head & Neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC)

Adding motolimod to the EXTREME regimen was well tolerated but did not improve progression-free survival (PFS) or overall survival (OS) in the intent-to-treat population. Significant benefit was observed in HPV-positive patients and those with injection site reactions, suggesting that Toll-like receptor 8 (TLR-8) stimulation may benefit subset- and biomarkerselected patient
