In conclusion, Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) resulted in improvement of Immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated Colitis / Intestinal inflammation (ICIAC) symptoms and corresponding microbial changes in 2 cancer patients with refractory Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor-Associated Colitis (ICIAC). While more research is warranted, microbiome-modulation could be a promising new therapeutic option for Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor-Associated Colitis (ICIAC) .
