PRIM-DJ2727 is a oral, lyophilized fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), patented product developed for therapeutic use in various conditions by modulating gut microbiota. It is prepared from stool collected from thoroughly screened healthy donors and formulated into lyophilized capsules for oral administration.
PRIM-DJ2727 is made from 150 g of human stool mixed with 750 mL of 0.85% NaCl (normal saline) and 2% mannitol, which reduces the fluffiness of the product. The product is stored at -80°C for future analysis and maintained at 4°C during clinical use
