CD152 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte-Associated Protein 4 (CTLA-4)) is an antigen on T cells that inhibits activated T cells, ending the immune response. Tumor cells often increase CTLA-4 to evade the immune system by stopping T cells prematurely (1).
