Targeted therapy

Immunotoxins and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are both effective agents used in targeted therapy, and they possess similar structures. While they share nearly identical targeting components, they differ in their cytotoxic payloads and the methods used for conjugation. The targeting components, which are crucial for identifying cancer-specific antigens, are typically made up of monoclonal antibodies or fragments of antibodies.
